Welcome
What this is, in plain words
- Step 1
Your role
Brands are businesses that want help bringing in customers. They post offers — for example, 'we pay $25 for every new customer' — and partners (that's you) help them by sharing the offer with people you know.
You don't sell anything yourself, you don't ship anything, you don't talk to customers. You share a link or a banner with your audience. When someone clicks and buys, the brand gives you a piece of the money.
- Step 2
How it all flows
Here is the whole flow, start to finish:
- 1. Open the Find offers page and browse the brands looking for partners.
- 2. Apply to the offers that match your audience.
- 3. Wait for the brand to approve you. Some brands approve fast, some take a day or two.
- 4. Once approved, make a share link (or grab a banner snippet) for that offer.
- 5. Post the link or banner wherever you talk to people — Instagram, your blog, WhatsApp, a YouTube description, anywhere.
- 6. When someone clicks and buys, the brand records the sale and your share lands in your earnings.
- 7. When you have enough saved up, ask for a payment by PayPal.
Joining
Signing up and finishing your profile
- Step 3
Sign up
If you got here from a brand's invite link, click it and follow the steps. If you signed up directly, go to vamofy.com/signup/partner.
You'll need an email, a password, and a short username (no spaces — your first name or your social handle works great). The username is part of every share link you make, so pick something clean.
- Step 4
Fill in your profile
After signing up, you'll land on the partner onboarding page. Add a display name (this is what brands see when you apply), and link the websites or social channels where you'll share offers.
Save. The more complete your profile, the more brands will approve you.
Finding offers
Browsing and applying
- Step 5
Open the marketplace
Click Find offers in the menu. You'll see every public offer from brands using Vamofy, with the brand name, the offer name, and what the brand pays (a percent of the sale or a fixed amount per sale or sign-up).
Tap any offer to read the details: who the brand is, what the offer asks you to promote, and the rules for partners.
- Step 6
Apply to an offer
On the offer's page, click Apply. The brand sees your profile (the channels and websites you listed) and decides whether to approve you.
You can apply to as many offers as you want — there is no limit.
- Step 7
Open invite-only offers
Some offers are private — they don't show up on Find offers. A brand sends you a special invite link by message or email. Click it, sign in if you aren't already, and you'll see the offer with an Apply button.
Private offers usually mean better terms — brands invite specific people they really want.
- Step 8
Watch your application status
Open Offers in the menu (this is different from Find offers — Offers is your list of applications). Each one shows a status:
- Applied — waiting for the brand to decide.
- Approved — you're in. You can make share links and use banners.
- Declined — the brand passed. You can try a different offer.
Sharing
Making and using share links
- Step 9
Make a share link
Once an offer is Approved, open Share links in the menu and click New link. The form is short:
- Pick the offer (only your approved offers show up).
- Optional: write a short tag like 'instagram' or 'newsletter' — handy for telling later which channel brought a sale.
- Step 10
Save and copy your link
Click Make my link. You'll see a long link with your username inside. Click Copy.
Every link you make is saved under Share links so you can come back and copy it again any time.
- Step 11
Where to put your link
Anywhere you have an audience: your Instagram bio, a story, a TikTok caption, a WhatsApp message, an email, a YouTube description, your own website or blog.
When someone clicks your link, they go to the brand's website. If they buy something, your tag goes with them and the sale gets credited to you.
- Step 12
Use a banner on your website
If the brand uploaded banners, you can drop them straight into your own website. Open Website banners in the menu. You'll see every banner image the brand made for partners.
Pick one, click Copy embed code, and paste the snippet into your site. The banner shows up like an ad. Every click goes through your tag, exactly like a share link.
Numbers
Reading your earnings
- Step 13
Your home screen
Overview is your home. The big number at the top is your available balance — the money you can ask for as a payment right now.
Below that, you'll see the offers you're approved for and shortcuts to make new share links.
- Step 14
Looking at your sales
Open Earnings in the menu. The page shows every sale your links brought, with the brand, the offer, the date, and your commission. Each sale has a status:
- Pending — the brand recorded the sale but hasn't approved it yet. Wait a few days.
- Approved — the brand confirmed it. The amount counts toward your balance.
- Rejected — the customer cancelled or returned, or the brand says it wasn't a real sale. You don't get paid for that one.
- Step 15
What you see, what you don't
You see your share — the part that is yours. You don't see what the brand made on the sale or what they paid other partners. That's normal.
If you want to know exactly how your commission is calculated, the offer page (open it from Offers) has the full details.
Money
Getting paid
- Step 16
How a payment works
You ask, the brand approves, the brand sends the money on PayPal, then marks the request as paid. Once that's done, the amount comes off your balance and lives in your 'paid' history.
Brands don't pay automatically — they review each request. Most pay within a few days; some take a week.
- Step 17
Ask for a payment
Open Payments in the menu. Type the email you use on PayPal and the amount. The amount must be at least the minimum (you'll see the number on the page).
Click Request payment and you're done. Your request appears with a 'waiting' status.
- Step 18
Track your payment
Open Payments at any time to see the status. There are three stages:
- Waiting — the brand hasn't looked yet.
- Approved — they're getting ready to send the money.
- Paid — the money is on its way to your PayPal (or already there). The amount has come off your balance.
Bonus
Other useful things
- Step 19
Add more channels to your profile
Open your profile (from the menu at the top right). Update your social channels and websites whenever you add a new one.
Brands look at this page before approving you. The more you list, the more chances you get.
- Step 20
Switch the app language
Use the language switcher (top right of every page). Vamofy works in English, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish. Pick whichever feels most natural — your choice is remembered.
- Step 21
Reset your password
Go to vamofy.com/login, click 'Forgot password?', and type your email. Vamofy sends a reset link that works for one hour. Open it, pick a new password, and you're back in.
Help
If something looks wrong
- Step 22
A sale you expected isn't there
Sales come from the brand's website, not from you. If you saw someone click your link and buy, give it a few hours — most brands take a moment to confirm.
If a full day goes by, message the brand directly. Their offer page has a contact channel.
- Step 23
Your link doesn't seem to work
Click your own link and check that it lands on the brand's page. If it doesn't, the offer might be paused on the brand's side. Open Offers and look at the offer status.
If the offer is still Approved but the link breaks, message support so we can check the tracking.
- Step 24
Who to talk to
Keep this short list handy:
- For anything about a specific offer (when will you be paid, why was a sale rejected): the brand. Their contact is on the offer page.
- For anything about your account (can't sign in, can't make a link): Vamofy support.
