Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vamofy collects, why we use it, who helps us provide the service, and the choices available to you.

Effective date

Effective July 22, 2026. If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the effective date before the change applies.

Where this policy applies

This policy covers Vamofy's web and iOS services, including account workspaces, affiliate reports, notifications, public funnels, and signup pages. When an organization uses Vamofy to collect a lead, that organization decides what its form asks for and Vamofy processes the response on its behalf.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, user and account-access identifiers, role, and authentication records.
  • Business activity in your authorized account scope, such as leads, conversions, commission estimates and states, reports, payment requests, and payment status.
  • Mobile app information used to provide the service, including a random installation identifier, APNs device token, notification choices and authorization state, locale, time zone, app version, and build number.
  • Information submitted through a Vamofy support request, funnel, or signup page, which may include contact details, support messages, answers, and files selected by the person completing the form.
  • Technical records needed for security and reliability, such as session cookies, request metadata, a keyed non-reversible rate-limit identifier derived from an IP address, and ordinary hosting or transport logs.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate people, enforce role-based access, attribute leads and conversions, calculate and report commissions, manage payment status, deliver requested notifications, remember preferences, support users, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not use mobile app data for advertising or third-party marketing.

Service providers and connected accounts

We disclose information only when needed to operate Vamofy, follow your instructions, protect the service, or comply with law. Depending on the feature, this may include the organization that controls your Vamofy account and connected platforms chosen by that organization.

Our core service providers include Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Vercel for application hosting, Apple for push delivery, and Impact for connected affiliate activity. They process information under their own terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Tracking and advertising

The Vamofy iOS app does not use IDFA, advertising SDKs, cross-company tracking, or tracking domains. Product interactions stored by the app support features such as report preferences, notification choices, and read status—not advertising analytics.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve authorized business and financial records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and meet legal requirements. Re-creatable iOS caches use file protection, are excluded from device backups, and are removed on sign-out or loss of account access. Authentication and installation identifiers use this-device-only Keychain storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can change push categories inside Vamofy and disable push permission in iOS Settings. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Account and financial records that an organization controls, or that law requires it to keep, may be retained as permitted by law. We will verify requests before acting on them.
